How do I know what size to choose?

The bikini adjust itself even when you are not 100% the chosen size, therefore, you can be relaxed with your body shape and measurements. Please, check our sizing at the end of the web-site. 




How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm AEST (Excluding Public Holidays)

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package. When you click on the link, it will take you directly to the page to track your parcel. If you cannot find the email check spam/junk folders.Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to activate. 

Do I have to pay taxes or duties for my order?

TI AMO BIKINI is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties applied to your order. Please note shipments outside of EUROPE may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances.

Next day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is only available within CZECH REPUBLIC AND SLOVAKIA , Monday to Friday.



How do I use a promo code or gift card?

First, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a Gift Card or Discount Code field on the right hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply – it will then be reflected in the total amount.

What can I do if the promo code or gift card isn’t working?

First, check to see that there are no typos in the code. Then, check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. If the code is still not working, please feel free to reach out our email info@tiamobikini.com for assistance.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

Only one promotion code can be applied per order. 

How long will my order take if it is a pre-order?

Please note that Pre-order items can take approximately 2-5 weeks to arrive. By placing an order you are securing the item in your size. Please do not place an order for a Pre-order item if you require the items for a specific date as we cannot always provide a guaranteed delivery date (Check with us first) info@tiamobikini.com

Can I have the price of my order adjusted if I missed the sale or the price of an item in my order dropped?

Unfortunately, we cannot price adjust orders that were placed outside of the promotional period. 

What happens if the package is returned to the sender?


We are happy to cancel and refund the order for you if you refuse the package due to customs tax or change of mind. Please note there will be a charge of 35% for shipping and re-stocking charges of the total order value.

Alternatively, if you would like the order re-shipped, you will need to pay $12 and we can arrange to have your item's sent out to you again.

If you have entered the wrong address when placing your order, you will be liable to repay the shipping cost.


If you package is returned to sender, we can send it out to you, however you will need to pay $12.


Change my order

If you have incorrectly placed your order and would like to change the style/size, please email us right away with the subject as: CHANGE MY ORDER.

We will do our best to change your order right away before the warehouse dispatches. Info@tiamobikini.com


What if the delivery address I have given is not correct?

Contact our service team on info@tiamobikini.com to provide us with the correct address. We will do our best to take this modification into account if your order has not yet been prepared by our logistics department. 

Once your order has been passed on to our carrier service, we can no longer modify the delivery address. We therefore invite you to communicate the details to us as quickly as possible.



What is your returns policy?

At TI AMO BIKINI, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 21 business days from the time of delivery, returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Returned within 21 days of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact
  • Item is unworn, free of make-up stains, unwashed and free of odor.
  • Please ensure that all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, in the instance where it’s obvious that this has not been done we may refuse an exchange your items due to hygiene reasons
